• By accessing or using Alpha X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications.

2. Use of the Platform

Alpha X is built for professional traders. You agree to use it strictly for lawful, non-manipulative purposes and acknowledge you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable trading regulations or local laws.

3. Intellectual Property

• All proprietary indicators, algorithms, designs, content, and materials on Alpha X are owned by Alpha X Capital LLC or its affiliates. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the platform.

4. Licensing and Access

• Monthly & Institutional Users receive a revocable license for the duration of their active subscription.

• Founder's Pass Holders are granted a lifetime license tied to their TradingView account. This license is non-transferable.

5. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and restricting access to your account or shared platform resources.

6. Privacy

• Our use of your personal and usage data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Alpha X, you consent to this policy.

7. Third-Party Links

• Alpha X may link to or integrate with platforms like TradingView, Telegram, or broker dashboards. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or outages of these third-party services.

8. No Trading Advice

• Alpha X does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any data, signals, or tools are for educational and analytical purposes only. You trade at your own risk.

9. No Warranty

• Alpha X is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free performance, or specific results. Your trading outcomes are solely your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha X and its owners are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from use or inability to use the platform.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

• Monthly plans may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds.

• Founder's Pass and Institutional License Fees are non-refundable due to the digital, limited-access nature of the product.

12. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
